Prime Direct Care was founded in the early months of 2020 when COVID was on the rise. Patients were getting extremely frustrated trying to get timely appointments to see their providers, and once they got an appointment, they spent hours in the waiting room and wondered how much their visits would cost. We recognized at that moment that healthcare is not as it should be and decided to open a practice adopting the new healthcare approach, which is the Direct Primary Care model.
