Chronic conditions include illnesses such as asthma, diabetes, and depression, which consistently affect a patient for an extended period of time.

Sick & Minor Urgent Care

Sick /minor emergencies require immediate attention, even if they aren’t life-threatening. However, if you don’t treat them, you can end up with unwelcome consequences. Some of these conditions include but are not limited to minor injuries, minor infections, cold and flu symptoms, GI upset, including nausea and vomiting, mild asthma attacks, rashes, and skin lesions. 


Some of the tests we run at PDC include blood sugar, EKG, flu, strep, urinalysis.
